Tired Of Waiting For The Body You Crave?

I want to ask you a couple of questions.

How many hours a day do you spend thinking about food?
How many hours a day do you spend thinking about losing weight?

Seriously. Let's be honest with ourselves.

We have this obsession with food. Everything in life is around food, specially when we want to lose weight.

What to eat, what not to eat. 
Calories in vs calories out.
What's the best diet? Keto, paleo, low carb, low fat, high fat, vegan, vegetarian, you name it...
Then we spend hours hating our bodies, thinking how fat we are, how disgusting we look every damn time we need to go to the bathroom and see our reflection in the mirror.

Ah!!! {deep breath here}

It's so exhausting!

Of course it is. This is unnecessary energy our brain is spending every single day thinking about something that it does NOT seem to be changing.

And, my friend, it won't change.

Thinking about food, thinking about losing weight WILL NOT make us thin.
Thinking about all of that without taking any action towards it, will just perpetuates the suffering.

In the end of the day all we want is to feel better. Right?
But we think that the reason we feel crappy is because we're overweight, so losing weight is the only way to be happy.

This is not true. 
If being thin equals happiness, all thin people would be happy.
But I guarantee you, there are a lot of thin people in the world very unhappy right now.

If the reason we want so bad to lose weight is so we can feel better and be happy, then my questions now are:
What if there is a way to feel better right now without having to change your body?
Would you be willing to find it?

What if you could be truly happy with the same weight you're at now?
Would you want it?

What if you could stop spending so much time and energy thinking about food and your weight, and actually spend time with things that actually matters to you?
Would you be up for it?

YES? YES! Of course... wouldn't be amazing to feel better right now, no matter how you look like?

IT IS amazing and IT IS totally possible!

Maybe you don't believe this is possible for you because you've tried everything and nothing has worked.
Maybe you believe that you only deserve to be happy if you have the body you want first.

That's ok! We all have our past experiences and beliefs about all of that.
But just for a moment I want you to believe that it is possible for YOU to get what you want in a way that you haven't thought about it before.
