What's holding you back?

My mind exploded a little when I checked the date today. 11th February already! WOW!

I don't know about you, but for me time is passing by so quickly that I can't keep up.
It feels like yesterday was 2018 and now we are one week through February. 

Time is flying, time doesn't stop, and we're still having the same life, same problems, same pain, same everything. Nothing seems to change. 

Nothing will change if we don't take a DIFFERENT action.

We are always waiting for the 'perfect' time to start a diet, to join the gym, to look after ourselves.  This 'perfect' time will never come. YOU need to create it.

I lost count how many times I told myself, "I will start my diet on Monday", or "I start tomorrow", or "Oh, I have that birthday party to go in 3 weeks, so I will wait and I start my diet after the party". 

Seriously!!! These THOUGHTS were only holding me back. They are not useful thoughts if I have dreams or goals I want to achieve. The only thing I was doing was delaying my own progress.

We eat croissant for breakfast and then we DEICIDE that the day is ruined. We eat everything that we want because we "ruined" our day by having croissant for breakfast and then the sneaky thought comes: "I will start again tomorrow".

Every time we have thoughts like that, they are only delaying and moving you backwards instead of towards YOUR dreams and goals. 

So, how to change that?
Don't start tomorrow, don't start on Monday, don't start after that event you have to go... START RIGHT NOW!

What can you do TODAY to be one step closer to your goal?
What can you do NOW to move towards your dreams?

Don't wait until you're 100% ready to do something about your health, we will never be 100% ready. DO IT NOW.

If you have some croissant in the next day, just keep moving forward. You will do better next day.
But STOP delaying your goals and dreams, take responsibility of your life and move forward and towards, always.
