This is the first post of the year and I’m very excited. 2019 will be the best year ever!
I’ve created a list with my goals for this year and I’m so ready to take my life to the next level, and I want to share everything with you. So stay tuned!
January is an amazing month for so many reasons.
It’s the month of my birthday
It’s my partner’s birthday
It’s winter - with possible snow falls (I love snow and cold weather)
It’s a beginning of a new year, new opportunities
It’s when I can start achieving my dreams
And talking about dreams, let’s dive in to what I want to talk about today.
Why does achieving your dreams matter?
Everything that we want to achieve in our lifeis because of how we think it will make us feel.
Because of what we will think and therefore what we will feel.
We want to lose a lot of weight because we think that will make us happy.
But if I'm already in love with my body and feeling good about my body, I lose weight easier.
Think about that...
How long have you been hating your body and still haven’t lost the weight?

I would say no.
Love and acceptance is the first step to start changing.
