Connect with yourself

Do you want to connect with yourself again? 

Do you want to connect with yourself for the first time?

 

It's easier to disconnect from our body to avoid the pain, to use food to numb negative emotions, to use alcohol to resist more negative emotions, etc.

 

Doing all of that not only takes you to a place where you're unhappy, overweight, frustrated, but you're not being true to yourself.

 

You're ruining the great opportunity to have the best relationship with you.

 

I get that you don't want to feel uncomfortable with whatever emotion is inside you, but overeating instead of feeling is not the solution to the problem.

 

Decide to be true to yourself, choose the uncomfortable over the chocolate.

 

It's not going to be a pleasant experience, but I promise you, that once you choose the real emotion that you're avoiding, and realise that nothing went wrong and you're still alive and well, and you connect with yourself, your life will be so much better! 

 

It's okay not to be okay! But you have the power to transform your relationship with yourself and feel whatever emotion you want to feel.

 

Feel it.

 

Feelings are harmless!

 

They are only a vibration in your body.

It becomes a problem once you avoid, resist or fight against it.
