How to change your mindset?

Changing a mindset is not easy, we all know that. But I have good news, it's not impossible. You can do it, yes, you can! But mindset is not only about the mind, it's about attitude. The dictionary definition for mindset is: The established set of attitudes held by someone. Attitude doesn't just happen. We create it. It's a simple model that I'm going to teach you. Our thoughts create our feelings. Our feelings drive our actions (attitudes) Our actions (attitudes) create our results. Simple as that! To change our mindset we need to change how we think and not the attitude. What attitudes you are not happy with? What results are you creating in your life with these attitudes? First step is awareness! Be aware of the attitudes, behaviours, patterns and habits you are having that is not serving you. Pay attention to them. Don't try to change now, just observe. Change only happens after awareness. You can't change what you are not aware of. It's like cleaning a dirty house, you need to know where the dirt is so you can clean it. After you are aware of your actions, attitudes and results that are not serving you, you start paying attention to your feelings and thoughts. How do you feel and what are you thinking when you are doing things that are not going to give the result you want in your life? So changing your mindset will not only change your way of thinking, but your feelings, your actions and your results. Only after the awareness you can start to change. Here is where coaching is so powerful. A coach will give you a different perspective, will show you the way, the tools, and guidance to change your thoughts, so you can create the results you want in your life.
