R.I.P Diet

I didn't know it was possible to stop dieting.

Now I know it is!

Diet is something temporary. I used to start a diet and after few days or weeks I was already finishing it because I didn’t have the result I wanted. I was having a cheat meal (or day) and was beating myself up for failing the diet and myself.

Every diet was temporary for me, with food restrictions, drink restrictions, calories restrictions… so every time I cheated I was eating like the world would end that day.

Then I was beating myself up, feeling frustrated, angry, and sad.

This vicious dieting circle was repeating itself over and over again.

So how can we change that vicious circle?

Stop dieting!

Eat to nourish your body, eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full.

Be aware of your thoughts and accept yourself the way you are now!

Healthy eating is a lifestyle and not something temporary.
