Instead of thinking "I hate my body"
Start thinking "I have a body"
And experience the change in how you feel.
Decide to be happy now, with the body you have now.
Your emotional state has nothing to do with the amount of tissue your have in your body.
Your emotional state has everything to do with how you think.
