Here's what you can expect from the programme
Access to an exclusive website where all the material for the programme will be stored.
The portal can be accessed by an app on your phone, so you can ask questions on the go, or via the website on the computer.
LIVE COACHING CALLS
- You'll have TWO 20min individual (1:1) coaching call with Pam to work on anything
- Weekly live group coaching calls via zoom (it will be recorded and shared in the portal)
- Weekly videos classes and worksheets to support you in the journey
- Support group chat to interact with everyone in the programme, ask your questions, get support and share your journey. Pam will be going daily to the chat to answer questions and check in.
- Unlimited support from Pam 7 days a week for 6 weeks.
Put the tools and teachings you learn into practice during group coaching sessions. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own journey to overcome emotional eating.
Before each group session, you’ll get an email with the zoom link. Which call will be a specific topic according to each module. Then when you come to the call, you’ll be ready to share what came up for you.
Most students find it powerful to learn that others are having similar struggles and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves amongst the chaos of their lives.
